I bought some kind of Amazon sword plant from Petco, and have noticed that since I planted it in my small betta fish aquarium (3 gallon), all new leaves are much thinner, almost transparent, compared to the original leaves. What gives? I got an amazon sword from Petco 5 months ago. When I got it I had no idea what it was since it was only about 4 inches tall and it was listed as assorted plant. It was also the first live plant I got and I didn't know much about live plants at the time. I planted it at the very front of my tank...
