The Humane Society of Durham Region (HSDR) is an independent affiliate of the Ontario S.P.C.A. HSDR is made up of a Volunteer Board of Directors, staff members and volunteers. We are a community resource, dedicated to protecting and providing temporary shelter and comfort to all companion animals in need, while promoting adoptions and re-homing.
